Kneip appointed as exclusive provider of fund data for Clearstream Fund Centre

On 1st April 2022 Kneip became part of the Deutsche Börse Group. Kneip will operate as a standalone business within the Deutsche Börse Group with the intention of acting as a central fund data hub for Investment Fund Services. In addition, Kneip will continue to offer its market leading services and products covering data management & dissemination, document publishing and regulatory solutions to the market.

As part of this acquisition and Clearstream Fund Centre’s (CFC) role as a central supplier of information within the area of Distribution Support, Kneip will be appointed as the designated collector of all fund information (fund data and legal documents) on behalf of CFC as of 1st January 2023. Until this date and up and till December 31st, 2022, CFC clients should continue to send their information to FE fundinfo. After this date all fund information, including all relevant documents will need to be supplied to CFC via Kneip. You can either share these directly with Kneip or via your appointed third-party service provider. In either case, Kneip can collect your data and documents in any conventional format and via any conventional method. There are no changes required to the data and documents currently collected by FE fundinfo.
